Varied and tasty breakfast with great coffee. Lovely pool and excellent beach access. Friendly and accommodating team. Reasonably priced, clean and spacious accommodation. Chilled out vibes, perfect for a family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. First of all, the value for money is truly outstanding. The prices for the rooms were very reasonable and affordable, especially considering the level of service and amenities provided. Speaking of amenities, the hotel has paid great attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and come with balconies, offering a lovely view of the surroundings. The staff at this hotel is simply amazing - so friendly and always willing to assist with any request. Moreover, the basic amenities provided were top-notch, including a daily supply of bottled water and air conditioning in every room. The location of the hotel is also a major plus point. It is conveniently situated right by the beach, allowing guests easy access to the stunning ocean views and activities. Lastly, I can't forget to mention the breakfast at this hotel. It was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of tropical fruits to choose from. my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

Honestly, there is nothing that I can fault about this hotel. My experience was perfect in every aspect.

Amazing beach view from the rooftop and delicious breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. The staff was very friendly and helpful in organizing activities around the area. A wonderful pool was a bonus after a long day. The hotel's new facilities and serene environment were spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Although the room was spacious and functional, the lack of seating on the balcony was a bit of a downside. the pillows were too firm, which made it challenging to sleep comfortably during the night.

Excellent location next to the beach and local life, modern room with kitchen, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, great value for money.

the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help us with any requests we had. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. the WiFi was fast and reliable, which was important for our business needs.

The noise levels in the area were high and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the breakfast was limited in variety, and could have used more options.

I loved the modern and minimalist design of the room, and the beautiful courtyard with a swimming pool. The rooftop terrace had an excellent sea and village view. The staff was extremely helpful, providing recommendations and even preparing a breakfast takeaway bag when I checked out early in the morning.

My partner and I had a fantastic time at this beachside accommodation. the staff were incredibly helpful, offering us information about local tours and providing exceptional service. the breakfast was varied and delicious, and we loved spending time at the rooftop terrace playing games. the apartment was immaculately clean and spacious, with lovely bathroom facilities.

We experienced some issues with the snorkelling tour, as we weren't provided with adequate water for the trip.

My stay at Greenz was exceptional. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax with sun beds and a chill tent. The staff was kind and helpful and the room was cleaned every day. I also appreciated the daily delivery of fresh bottled water. The location was close to the beach and some small shops. I had no problems with power outage or WiFi, unlike other places I stayed in Zanzibar. I highly recommend Greenz for an affordable and comfortable accommodation.

The apartment was not as spacious as shown in the pictures. Additionally, it was located far from most activities, so transportation costs were high.
